The exes continually one-up each other - until they find themselves on the run for their lives. They thought their promise to love, honor and obey was tough - staying alive is going to be a whole lot tougher. A bounty hunter learns that his next target is his ex-wife, a reporter working on a murder cover-up. Soon after their reunion, the always-at-odds duo find themselves on a run-for-their-lives adventure. The movie is surprisingly funny, all the people next to us were laughing many times. Also there is good action going all the time, nothing boring. The best of it was chemistry between Jennifer and Gerard. <br/><br/>Some jokes were maybe a bit true cruel but this doesn't bother too much. I liked this movie more than Mr. & Mrs. Smith which contained pointless shooting and so on.<br/><br/>Go to see this movie if You want to have good heart-warming feeling all day long and for entire week. Just turn off Your brain and enjoy pure sweet entertainment in romantic sauce. I have one action movie rule: if the thing ends in a shoot out set in a warehouse or loading dock, it's crap. Okay, so this isn't exactly an action movie per se, but… (gaah! I can't believe I might've pulled a spoiler here; trust me: you won't care). What can I say? This thinly plotted comedy is over long and under joked. The "romantic comedy" genre relies heavily on the magnetism of it's stars. We have to like them and hopefully, their attraction to each other is somehow believable. Jen, given the right property, is certainly likable enough but she's yet to have found anything feature film-wise to transition into a major star (unlike say, Charleze Theron, whom admittedly didn't have the dubious advantage of sitcom stardom). Here, she and Butler don't click. The script is awful, precluding even passing audience interest. You find yourself asking, why are they on this golf course? Why are they at this B&B? Why can't the guy shooting at them be a better shot? Nope, you just don't care. The direction is sloppy, action scenes are poorly constructed and there's precious little tension, romantic or otherwise to latch on to. It's just one long empty chase. I did admire how well Jen filled out that size 3 (?) dress, apparently made of some anti-staining miracle fabric. The Bounty Hunter's crowning achievement is not so much you'll forget about the plot five minutes after leaving the theater, it's that you'll be hard pressed to find one while actually watching it. Verdict: Dull & pointless. The script has all the spunk of Ikea-bookcase assembly instructions.
"The Bounty Hunter" is a very interesting movie. It is the story of a man and his ex-wife whom he wanted to chase. The story goes in a twist and interesting way. I have seen the movie once. Boost 4g signals in the Netherlands Still, I am interested to watch it again.
